At Wallaroo Hat Company, we want you to love your purchase and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn hats with original tags attached. If your new hat isn't the perfect fit for your outdoor adventures, we make the return process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your hat in its original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent crushing, ensuring all original tags are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
