How do I determine my hat size?
To find your perfect fit, measure the circumference of your head about one inch above your eyebrows. Most of our hats include an internal drawstring or adjustable strap to fine-tune the fit.

A UPF 50+ rating means our fabric blocks 97.5% to 98% of ultraviolet radiation. This ensures maximum sun protection for your face and neck during outdoor activities.
Can I pack my Wallaroo hat in a suitcase?
Many of our styles are specifically designed to be 'packable' or 'crushable.' We recommend stuffing the crown with soft clothing and laying it flat in your luggage to maintain its shape.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn hats in their original condition with tags attached. Please visit our Returns Portal to start a domestic exchange or refund.
How do I clean my hat?
Most of our hats should be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. We do not recommend machine washing or dry cleaning unless specifically stated on the care label.
